Our Mitongwe farm is managed by a dedicated team of nine, led by Kingsley, our General Manager. Together, they oversee more than 100 staff who keep the farm thriving every day. The team grows hundreds of plant varieties in a full agroforestry system, teaches agroforestry to both local and international learners, and cares for our livestock. Beyond the fields, they also run our preschool, manage the Health and Wellness Center, oversee food production, and support countless community initiatives. Their hard work, unity, and commitment make it possible for Mitongwe to impact families and villages in so many meaningful ways.

Their commitment goes far beyond daily tasks — they are continually learning, growing, and strengthening one another. Each morning begins with staff meetings, devotions, and a time of prayer, creating space to nourish their spirits and deepen their faith as a community. Throughout the week, they engage in ongoing training that challenges them, equips them with new skills, and builds confidence in their work.
